The above picture is the front of the house on closing day. The picture below is the house on day 58. We have significantly cut down some shrubbery/trees/nonsense. We have sown the yard in an effort to get some greenery. Most importantly, we have replaced the old roof with a new grey architectural roof.

The above picture is a shot of the living room on closing day. The picture below  is the living room (at a different angle) on day 58. Although the existing drywall was in decent shape, it had several imperfections that we thought would be significantly improved with new drywall. So, we ventured into getting entirely new drywall throughout the house. This is a shot after the drywall is finished and before it is primed.

The all new drywall really lightens
it up and gives the room an entirely new feel.

The entire kitchen was demolished down
 to thestuds. New drywall was installed.
